All purchases are billed at the time the order is made.

You may cancel your order during normal business hours, please call at least 30 minutes before your order is scheduled.

When our order page asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or other personal information), that information is encrypted with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layers). On a secure page such as our order page, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers' switches to locked, as opposed to unlocked mode.

We also do everything in our power to protect user data offline. The servers with personally identifiable information are stored in a locked and secure environment and credit information encrypted even further.
